For Sedano’s Supermarket, I took on the challenge of designing over 200 SKUs for their private label product line, which included a diverse range of food categories. The goal was to maintain a unified brand presence across all packaging while allowing each product category to highlight its unique characteristics, such as distinct flavors and types of food.
To meet the needs of Sedano’s customers, many of whom are non-native English speakers, I focused on a clean and straightforward design. The packaging was intentionally kept minimalistic, with easy-to-read labels and clear visuals that ensured quick product recognition and effortless understanding. This approach made the information highly accessible while reinforcing the brand’s identity across multiple product lines.
Managing the visual consistency while differentiating each product was key to helping Sedano’s build a recognizable and trustworthy private label that resonates with their target audience.
