The branding project for Finka Table & Tap presented a unique challenge: creating a modern, vibrant identity for a restaurant targeting young adults in West Miami, an area that hadn’t previously seen a dining concept like this. The restaurant blends Cuban, Korean, and Peruvian cuisines in a gastropub setting, and the brand needed to reflect this eclectic fusion while appealing to a younger, trend-conscious audience.
The design process included everything from the logo and signage to merchandise like t-shirts, creating a cohesive identity that emphasized both the cultural blend and the casual, fun atmosphere of the restaurant. The branding also had to communicate a sense of innovation, positioning Finka as a trailblazer in an area dominated by traditional dining options.
With a focus on fresh, handcrafted food and drinks, incorporating visual elements like vibrant colors, playful fonts, and modern, clean aesthetics was key to resonating with the target audience.
